You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Seybuy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Prohibited Activities Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, list counterfeit or prohibited goods, harass or harm other users, attempt to manipulate prices or reviews, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

4. Intellectual Property All content on Seybuy, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Seybuy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability Seybuy acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by third-party sellers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.

6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.

7. Changes to Terms Seybuy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes.
